Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Lead and mentor a business intelligence team in designing and delivering dashboards, reports, and analytics that support clinical and operational decision-making
Maintain and continuously optimize BI infrastructure — including data models, SQL queries, and reporting pipelines — ensuring accuracy, reliability, and performance
Analyze clinical, operational, and performance data to surface meaningful trends and actionable insights for leadership
Bridge the gap between raw healthcare data and real-world decisions that improve care delivery and organizational efficiency
Apply your domain expertise to help AI systems better understand and reason about clinical and healthcare contexts
Ensure data quality and integrity across complex,
regulated healthcare datasets Who You Are Experienced in healthcare or clinical analytics, business intelligence, or data management — you know how to make data work in high-stakes environments
Proven track record designing and managing BI systems, including dashboards, reporting pipelines, and data models
Comfortable working with clinical, operational, and administrative datasets in regulated healthcare settings A natural leader — you can guide and mentor a BI team while keeping quality and delivery on track
Methodical and detail-oriented, with a deep appreciation for data accuracy and trust
Self-directed and effective working autonomously in a remote environment Nice to Have Prior experience with data annotation, data quality assessment, or evaluation systems
Exposure to AI or machine learning projects, particularly in healthcare contexts
Familiarity with advanced LLMs or AI training workflows
