Clinical Business Intelligence Manager (AI Training) About The Role What if your deep expertise in clinical analytics and business intelligence could directly shape how AI understands and interprets healthcare data? Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Lead and mentor a business intelligence team in building dashboards, reports, and analytics that support clinical and operational decision-making
Design, maintain, and optimize BI infrastructure — including data models, SQL queries, and reporting pipelines — to ensure accuracy, reliability, and performance
Analyze clinical, operational, and performance datasets to surface trends and insights that drive care delivery improvements and organizational efficiency
Translate complex healthcare data into explicit, trusted outputs that inform leadership decisions across clinical and administrative functions
Apply your domain expertise to evaluate and improve AI-generated healthcare analytics content, ensuring outputs meet the standards of real clinical environments
Work independently and asynchronously on task-based assignments — fully on your own schedule Who You Are Experienced in healthcare or clinical analytics, business intelligence, or data management within regulated healthcare environments
Proven track record designing and managing BI systems — including dashboards, reporting pipelines, and data models
Strong command of SQL and familiarity with modern BI and reporting tools
Deep experience working with clinical, operational, and administrative datasets
Comfortable leading or mentoring analytics teams and communicating insights to non-technical stakeholders
Detail-oriented, self-directed, and reliable when working independently Nice to Have Prior experience with data annotation, data quality assessment, or evaluation systems
Exposure to AI tools or machine learning workflows in a healthcare context
Background in health informatics, population health, or clinical decision support
