About the Role

We are looking for a qualified MBBS Doctor with strong clinical knowledge and excellent patient consultation skills. The ideal candidate should be confident in independently assessing patients, understanding their concerns, providing appropriate clinical advice, and ensuring a positive patient experience.

The doctor should have a patient-centric approach, good communication skills, clinical acumen, and empathy while interacting with patients and their attendants.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct detailed patient consultations and clinical assessments.
- Take comprehensive patient history and understand presenting complaints.
- Perform appropriate physical examinations and identify clinical concerns.
- Provide appropriate medical advice, treatment plans, and follow-up recommendations.
- Explain the diagnosis, treatment options, and procedures to patients in a simple and understandable manner.
- Demonstrate excellent consultation and patient-handling skills.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient medical records and documentation.
- Identify cases requiring specialist consultation, investigations, or further medical intervention and refer appropriately.
- Coordinate with consultants, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals whenever required.
- Ensure proper follow-up of patients and continuity of care.
- Handle patient queries and concerns professionally and empathetically.
- Maintain high standards of clinical ethics, patient safety, and confidentiality.




- Support the clinic team in maintaining smooth day-to-day clinical operations.
- Participate in clinical discussions, case reviews, and training activities when required.

Required Skills & Competencies
- MBBS degree from a recognized medical institution.
- Valid registration with the respective State Medical Council / NMC.
- Strong clinical knowledge and diagnostic ability.
- Excellent patient consultation and counselling skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build trust and rapport with patients.
- Empathy and a patient-first approach.
- Good interpersonal and team coordination skills.
- Ability to explain medical information clearly to patients.
- Sound clinical judgment and decision-making ability.
