Role Description The Clinic Operation Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow, responsible for overseeing day-to-day clinic operations to ensure smooth and efficient patient flow. This role includes coordinating appointment scheduling, registration, and front-desk activities, while maintaining high standards of patient service and adherence to clinic protocols.

Executive monitors operational performance, assists in managing staffing and resource allocation, and supports implementation of process improvements for quality and efficiency.



The role requires close collaboration with clinical, administrative, and laboratory teams, handling inquiries, resolving operational issues, and ensuring compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Operations and Operations Management skills to oversee clinic workflows and ensure efficient service delivery.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret operational data, identify issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to interact effectively with patients, colleagues, and external partners.
- Relevant experience in clinic or healthcare operations, customer service, or administrative roles is highly beneficial.
- A bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment, with solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with healthcare information systems, appointment scheduling tools, and basic MS Office applications is an advantage.
