Clinic Manager – Kosmoderma | Bangalore

Kosmoderma is hiring a Clinic Manager for our Bangalore clinics.

We’re looking for a responsible, people-focused professional who can lead day-to-day clinic operations, drive business performance, maintain service standards, and ensure an exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily clinic operations, discipline, grooming, and staff performance
- Drive monthly targets across consultations, counselling, conversions, renewals, sales, and procedures
- Handle client queries, complaints, retention, and follow-ups
- Manage packages, treatment recommendations, and client conversions
- Oversee clinic maintenance, hygiene, equipment, and stock
- Coordinate staff schedules, procedures, machines, and inter-clinic requirements
- Monitor accounts, cash collections, petty cash, and daily financial reporting
- Support marketing initiatives, reviews, testimonials, events,



and local collaborations
- Conduct staff meetings, training, performance reviews, and team development
- Ensure treatment protocols, SOPs, and quality standards are followed
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly clinic reports
