Job Title: Client Success Associate

Experience: 2 to 3 years, preferably in a marketing or digital agency environment

About the Role

We're looking for someone who can own the client relationship end to end, from strategy to delivery to renewal. This isn't a support role. You'll be expected to think like a strategist, act like a project manager, and communicate like a consultant.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and pitch campaign strategy for client accounts.
- Close campaigns and manage client conversations directly.
- Own onboarding for new clients, including project setup in our PM system.
- Allocate team resources across active projects.
- Ensure all deliverables are completed on time.
- Track and manage time-based billing and payments.
- Identify and pursue upselling opportunities within existing accounts.
- Handle escalations and resolve issues before they impact delivery.
- Forecast risks early, flag and fix bottlenecks before they stall a project.
- Monitor project profitability, not just delivery status.

Required Skills





- Solid grasp of marketing strategy (compulsory)
- Working knowledge of at least one of: design, editing, or development (partial understanding is fine, but you should be able to hold an informed conversation with the specialist team)
- Dedicated, in-depth understanding of one market: India, GCC, or US (we serve clients across all three, but need depth in at least one per hire)
- High-level understanding of how sales works is a plus, not mandatory.
- Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools.

- A problem solver, not a problem reporter. We need someone who fixes the issue and tells us what they did, not someone who flags it and waits.
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal, especially with international clients.
- Someone who can build and improve systems and processes, not just follow them.
- Comfort owning outcomes, not just tasks.
