Role Description The Client Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This position is responsible for serving as the primary point of contact for clients, managing inquiries, and ensuring a smooth experience throughout the design and delivery process. Day-to-day tasks include understanding client requirements, coordinating with internal design and product teams, tracking project progress, and proactively communicating updates.

The Client

Specialist will handle client feedback, resolve issues, and support customer satisfaction initiatives. The role also involves maintaining accurate client records,



preparing basic reports, and contributing ideas to improve customer experience and service processes.

Qualifications

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive, professional relationships with clients.
- Effective communication skills, including explicit verbal and written communication for client interactions and internal coordination.
- Experience in customer service and customer satisfaction, with a focus on timely issue resolution and follow-up.
- Understanding of customer experience principles and the ability to support initiatives that improve client journeys.
- Prior experience in a client-facing or account coordination role, preferably in design, consulting, or related industries.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple client requests and timelines.
- Comfort working on-site in Bengaluru and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant diploma or degree in business, communications, design management, or a related field is preferred.
