ROLE OVERVIEW

You'll lead the Client Servicing team for the Event Management vertical, owning key client relationships and account growth.

- Own strategic relationships with key clients
- Lead and mentor Account Managers and Executives
- Oversee account budgets, timelines and profitability
- Guide creative briefings and strategic planning
- Drive upsell, cross-sell and current business efforts
- Represent Anthem in senior client conversations
