Inflector Media is a fast-growing digital agency driving high-performance marketing, brand strategy, and acquisition campaigns for international and domestic clients across real estate, e-commerce, tech, and service sectors. We build campaigns that scale, and we’re looking for a sharp, proactive communicator to help manage client relationships and campaign execution.

Role Overview

As a Client Servicing Intern, you will serve as the crucial bridge between our internal execution teams (performance marketing, content, design) and our client partners. You will gain hands-on experience managing agency-client communications, campaign deliverables, brief translations, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Client Communication & Support: Act as a daily point of contact for assigned client accounts, managing queries, feedback, and project updates professionally.
- Briefing & Execution: Translate client goals into structured internal creative/marketing briefs for our design, copy, and ad ops teams.
- Timeline & Asset Tracking: Ensure deliverables (ad creatives, social copy, performance reports)



are completed on time and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Reporting & Reviews: Assist in compiling weekly and monthly campaign performance updates and performance decks for client review meetings.
- Account Growth: Identify client pain points and flag opportunities for upselling or operational improvements to account leads.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, social media workflows).
- Comfortable using tools like Slack, Notion, Trello, Google Docs/Sheets, and Canva.
- Background in Business, Marketing, Communications, or Media studies is a plus.
- Self-starter attitude—able to ownership of client task tracking in a quick-paced agency environment.
