Role Description The Client Servicing Intern is a full-time, in office role based in Noida. The intern will support day-to-day client interactions, assist in managing campaigns, and help ensure smooth communication between brands, creators, and internal teams.

Responsibilities include handling client queries, tracking deliverables, maintaining reports on campaign performance,



and contributing to client satisfaction initiatives. The intern will also collaborate with the finance or operations team on basic documentation related to billing or payouts and provide timely updates to stakeholders. This role offers exposure to influencer marketing operations, client relationship management, and community-driven brand building.

Qualifications

- Client-facing skills, including Client Services and Customer Service, with a focus on building positive long-term relationships.
- Strong Communication abilities to coordinate with clients, creators, and internal teams and present clear updates.
- Commitment to Customer Satisfaction, with an understanding of client needs and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
- Basic Finance awareness to assist with documentation, payment tracking, and campaign-related financial records.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Attention to detail, time management, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in influencer marketing, creator communities, and digital media.
