Role Overview The Assistant Producer will support the end-to-end production process, from pre-production planning to post-production delivery. This role requires solid coordination, communication, and organizational skills to ensure smooth execution of projects.

Key Aspects of the Role:

- Develop concepts, story ideas, and creative strategies for projects.
- Supervise and coordinate production teams including directors, writers, editors, stylists, and other creative or technical staff.
- Develop creative concepts, mood boards, campaign proposals, presentations, budgets, and PPTs aligned with brand and project objectives and overall creative direction.
- Ensure content aligns with brand tone, audience expectations, and project goals.
- Negotiate with production vendors, actors and secondary cast, and assemble the right production team.
- Supervise creative execution on shoots and ensure visual quality standards are maintained.
- Possess strong knowledge of production processes, including planning, organizing, coordinating, and executing shoots from pre-production to post-production.
- Manage shoot coordination end-to-end, including:





→ Planning production timelines and schedules

→ Coordinating with talent, influencers, cast, and crew

→ Booking locations, equipment, and production resources

→ Managing on-ground shoot execution

→ Overseeing post-production timelines and final delivery

- Support all stages of production:

→ Pre-Production: research, script development, casting coordination, scheduling, logistics, and presentation preparation

→ Production: acting as a communication bridge between cast, crew, director, clients, and the production team while ensuring shoots run smoothly and on schedule

→ Post-Production: coordinating editing workflows, reviewing footage, sharing feedback, and ensuring timely delivery of final outputs.

- Oversee post-production workflows including editing, music, DI, VFX coordination, feedback, and final delivery.
- Handle administrative and operational tasks including contracts, permissions, production paperwork, reports, data management, content storage, tracking, and retrieval of files.
- Stay up to date with all social media features, highlights, and trends; maintain M5’s Instagram pages, YouTube channel, and other social media platforms.
- Coordinate with actors, influencers, celebrities, brands, and talent agencies for social media campaigns, YouTube content, endorsements,



and branded collaborations.
- Build and maintain a strong database of influencers, celebrities, vendors, and industry contacts across sectors.
- Manage digital influencers, TV/film talent, and their deliverables, ensuring timely execution and smooth communication.
- Handle end-to-end client servicing and account management, understanding client briefs thoroughly and ensuring seamless execution of campaigns and projects.
- Coordinate and execute endorsement contracts, shoots, brand collaborations, and all related documentation in adherence to company guidelines.
- Build strong relationships with brands, clients, production partners, and key stakeholders while actively contributing to business development and new client acquisition.
- Understand brand requirements from both functional and business perspectives to qualify, pitch, and close deals effectively.
- Ensure smooth execution of client campaigns by coordinating between internal teams, external vendors, talent, and clients while keeping stakeholders updated on timelines and progress.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
