- Engaging existing clients via service calls and resolving service escalations
- Generating revenue, increasing client wallet share, and cross-selling our Products
- Resolve service escalations by clarifying the customer s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution Requirements
- Graduate - specialization in any discipline
- Prior work experience is preferred but freshers are also welcome
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
- The candidate should be a go-getter with high energy levels and a passion for client management
