Role Description The Client Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat, responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with existing and potential clients in the media and entertainment sector. This role involves understanding client requirements, coordinating with internal production and creative teams, and ensuring smooth project execution from initial brief to final delivery.

The Client Relationship

Manager will handle client communications, schedule and attend meetings, present proposals, and provide regular updates on project status and performance. Daily activities include resolving client issues, gathering feedback, identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services,



and maintaining accurate records of client interactions. The role also includes collaborating with the business development team on new leads, contributing to client retention strategies, and representing the company in a professional and service-oriented manner.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong client servicing and account management skills, including relationship building, stakeholder management, and customer support.
- Candidates should possess communication and interpersonal skills, such as transparent verbal and written communication, active listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Candidates should possess organizational and coordination skills, including time management, task prioritization, and attention to detail in handling multiple projects.
- Candidates should possess problem-solving and analytical skills to understand client needs, interpret feedback, and suggest appropriate solutions and improvements.
- Candidates should possess basic business and marketing understanding, preferably within media, production, advertising, or entertainment domains.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in client-facing roles, ideally in production houses, agencies, or entertainment companies, is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Surat, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and maintain a professional, ethical approach in all client interactions.
