Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Client Relationship Executive to manage customer interactions, coordinate with internal teams, handle service-related requests, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Communicate with customers through calls and other communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate assistance.
- Handle customer queries, requests, and service-related concerns.
- Coordinate with relevant internal teams for timely resolution of customer issues.
- Follow up with customers to ensure proper resolution and closure.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Update customer information and activities in the CRM system.
- Prepare basic reports and maintain records using MS Excel.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and follow-ups.
- Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the concerned team.
- Maintain skilled communication and good customer relationships.
- Follow company policies, processes, and quality standards.

Mandatory Skills

- Good communication skills in Malayalam and English.




- Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.
- Familiarity with MS Excel.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.

Eligibility

- Any degree or equivalent qualification.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with up to 5 backlogs/arrears are also eligible to apply.
- Candidates with previous experience in customer service, BPO, operations, or relationship management will have an added advantage.
