Location: Chennai

Work Mode: On-site

Duration: 3 to 6 Months

Full-Time Opportunity: Based on performance during the internship and business requirements, successful interns may be offered a full-time position with Jamoons Digital.

Role OverviewWe are looking for a Client Servicing Intern who is enthusiastic, organised, and eager to learn how client relationships and creative projects are managed in a digital agency.

As an intern, you will work closely with our client servicing and internal teams, assisting with day-to-day coordination and communication while gaining hands-on exposure to digital marketing, branding, design, and creative projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the client servicing team with day-to-day client communication and coordination.
- Understand and document client requirements and briefs.
- Follow up with internal teams on project requirements and deliverables.
- Coordinate with creative, design, digital marketing, and other teams to keep projects moving smoothly.
- Assist in preparing basic project updates, presentations, and reports.
- Maintain project-related information and ensure important details are properly documented.
- Assist with scheduling meetings and following up on action points.
- Help ensure client requests are communicated clearly to the relevant internal teams.
- Learn and support the team in maintaining positive and skilled client relationships.




- Take initiative to understand how digital marketing and creative agency projects work.

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to communicate professionally with clients and team members.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow up on tasks.
- Basic knowledge or interest in digital marketing, branding, social media, design, or creative services.
- Comfortable working with common office and collaboration tools.
- Ability to work as part of a team and manage multiple tasks.
- Willingness to work on-site in Chennai.
