ARK Abroad is an overseas education and career guidance organization helping students and professionals explore international education opportunities. We work closely with aspiring students to understand their goals, provide relevant guidance, and support them throughout their journey.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and people-oriented Client Engagement Intern who can build meaningful relationships with prospective students, understand their requirements, and ensure a smooth and positive client experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other communication channels.
- Understand students' academic background, career goals, preferred countries, courses, and requirements.
- Respond to client queries professionally and provide accurate initial information.
- Follow up consistently with prospective clients and maintain regular communication.
- Build strong relationships with leads and keep them engaged throughout the counselling process.
- Coordinate with the counselling/admissions team to ensure timely handover of qualified leads.
- Maintain accurate records of conversations, follow-ups, lead status, and client requirements.
- Update CRM/lead trackers on a regular basis.
- Schedule counselling calls or meetings between prospective students and the relevant team members.




- Identify potential high-intent leads and escalate them to the appropriate team.
- Collect client feedback and share recurring concerns or requirements with the team.
- Meet daily/weekly engagement and follow-up targets.
- Represent ARK Abroad professionally across all communication channels.

Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with students and parents.
- Good follow-up and persuasion skills.
- Active listening and problem-solving ability.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital communication platforms.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
- Good time-management and organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn about overseas education and study-abroad processes.

Who Can Apply?
- Students pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Communications, HR, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates looking to build a career in Client Engagement, Sales, Business Development, Customer Success, or Education Consulting.
- Candidates with internship or part-time experience in customer service, sales, telecalling, counselling,



or business development will be preferred.
- Candidates with strong communication skills and a positive attitude are encouraged to apply even without prior experience.
