Role & responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end medical reimbursement claims from submission to final settlement.

- Check doctor prescriptions, diagnostic reports, and itemized pharmacy or consultation bills for validity.

- Assess if treatment costs are covered under specific terms, conditions, and deductibles.

- Communicate with customers, hospitals/clinics, and insurers to resolve missing information or claim queries.

- Maintain high productivity while meeting internal turnaround time (TAT) goals for quick payouts.

Preferred candidate profile

- Doctor of Pharmacy with 0 to 3 years of relative experience in health insurance, TPA operations, or hospital billing.

- Strong eye for spotting duplicate bills, fake receipts, or calculation errors.

- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with health insurance claim platforms.
