We are seeking a responsible and experienced Civil Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction activities at the project site. The candidate will ensure work is executed according to drawings, safety standards, quality requirements, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily construction and site activities

- Monitor labor work, subcontractors, and material usage

- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications

- Coordinate with engineers, architects, and project managers

- Maintain site safety and quality standards

- Track project progress and prepare daily work reports

- Manage site materials, equipment, and workforce efficiently

- Identify and resolve in office issues promptly

- Ensure timely completion of project activities





- Maintain proper documentation and attendance records

Requirements

- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Experience in construction site supervision
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety practices
- Ability to read civil drawings and plans
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and site reporting
