- 25 years of relevant site experience in civil construction.
- Good knowledge of RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, finishing, and other civil works.
- Ability to read and understand civil, structural, and architectural drawings.
- Knowledge of quantity estimation and site measurements.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to independently manage site activities and manpower.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, AutoCAD, and construction documentation.
- Robust focus on quality, safety, and timely completion of work.
