Key Responsibilities

- Site Execution & Management
- Oversee daily site operations, ensuring all mechanical and civil construction activities strictly follow approved engineering designs.
- Manage the successful execution of Greenfield projects, focusing on land development, facility foundations, new utility setups, and end-to-end plant commissioning.
- Manage Brownfield projects by carefully integrating current equipment/infrastructure into existing, operational facilities with minimal disruption to ongoing production.
- Create and update project schedules, work-breakdown structures, and look-ahead plans.




- Enforce strict Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) protocols across the construction site.
- Implement and manage Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) processes, including preparing Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs).
- Resolve on-site technical bottlenecks and manage the closure of non-conformance reports (NCRs).
- Coordinate multiple on-site vendors, sub-contractors, and internal engineering teams.
- Track daily site expenses, manage material procurement, and maintain cost controls.
- Prepare and present weekly/monthly progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
