Position: Civil Planning Engineer Location: Head Office / Project Site, which could be within NCR or Prayagraj, UP (multiple project handling)

Experience: Open (Strong technical knowledge is prioritized over years of experience)

Education Preference: Graduate from NICMAR (preferred) or equivalent construction management institute (don’t mind freshers also if they are theoretically sound and willing to learn)

Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Planning Engineer who possesses a rock-solid understanding of construction sequencing and up-to-date project management methodologies. The ideal candidate must be highly proficient in scheduling tools and capable of mapping out timelines for both residential and commercial projects from ground-breaking to handover.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules for residential and commercial developments.




- Establish logic-linked construction sequences covering both conventional and Mivan (aluminum formwork) construction methodologies.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly progress against the baseline schedule and highlight potential delays.
- Prepare look-ahead schedules, progress dashboards, and management information system (MIS) reports.
- Collaborate with site execution and billing teams to track resource utilization and material procurement alignment.

Requirements & Skills

- Deep understanding of construction workflows, cycle times, and resource loading for residential and commercial structures.
- Expertise in MS Project (MSP) and/or Primavera P6.
- Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to bottleneck identification.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate between site teams and management.
