Civil Engineer – Villa & Individual House Projects

Position: Civil Engineer

Experience: 2–4 Years

Education: Diploma in Civil Engineering

Work Location: Chennai / Company Project Locations

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Reporting To: Project / Management Team

Job Purpose To supervise and coordinate villa and individual house construction projects, ensuring work is completed as per quality, design, schedule, and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at project sites.
- Handle villa and individual house construction works from execution to completion.
- Coordinate with contractors, workers, suppliers, and other site personnel.
- Check quality of materials and construction work.
- Monitor work progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
- Read and understand civil drawings and coordinate execution accordingly.
- Prepare basic material requirements and support project estimation when required.
- Maintain site measurements, records, and daily work updates.
- Have basic knowledge of liaisoning and coordination with local authorities.




- Identify site issues and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Ensure proper safety and housekeeping at the project site.
- Travel/work at company project locations as required.

Candidate Requirements
- Diploma in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in civil construction.
- Experience in villa / individual house projects is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of liaisoning and local authority coordination.
- Good knowledge of civil construction methods and site execution.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Should be willing to travel and work at company project locations outside Chennai when required.
- Should be responsible, proactive, and capable of independently handling site activities.
