Position: Project Manager cum Senior Civil Engineer

Job summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager cum Senior Civil Engineer with a minimum of 10 years of experience in civil construction and infrastructure projects. The candidate will be responsible for complete project execution, planning, coordination, quality, safety, commercial control, client management, and timely delivery of the project within the approved budget and schedule.

Key responsibilities

Project planning & execution

- Lead end-to-end execution of civil construction projects from mobilization to handover.
- Prepare project execution plans, schedules, resource plans, and construction methodologies.
- Ensure timely completion of all civil, structural, finishing, and infrastructure works.
- Monitor project progress against planned milestones and take corrective actions where required.

Site management

- Manage all site activities including excavation, foundations, RCC, structural works, masonry, plastering, flooring, roads, drainage, utilities, and finishing works.
- Supervise engineers, supervisors, contractors, subcontractors, and project staff.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, structural engineers, MEP teams, and client representatives.
- Ensure availability of manpower, materials, machinery, and equipment for uninterrupted execution.

Contractor & vendor management

- Evaluate contractor performance and monitor productivity.
- Verify measurements, work completion,



and contractor bills.
- Coordinate procurement and timely delivery of project materials.
- Ensure proper material reconciliation and inventory control.

Quality assurance & quality control

- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, BOQ, QA/QC procedures, and relevant IS codes.
- Conduct regular quality inspections and implement corrective actions.
- Review test reports for concrete, steel, and construction materials.
- Maintain quality documentation and project records.

HSE compliance

- Ensure strict implementation of project HSE requirements and statutory regulations.
- Conduct site safety reviews, toolbox talks, audits, and risk assessments.
- Ensure compliance with permit-to-work systems and secure construction practices.
- Drive zero-incident culture across the project.

Commercial & cost control

- Monitor project budgets, costs, and resource utilization.
- Review project cash flow and support billing and invoicing.
- Track variations, extra items, and commercial claims.
- Optimize project costs without compromising quality and safety.

Client coordination

- Act as the primary point of contact for the client on all project matters.
- Participate in review meetings and present project progress reports.




- Resolve technical and execution-related issues with clients and consultants.
- Ensure client satisfaction and timely project deliverables.

Documentation & reporting

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project reports.
- Maintain project documentation including drawings, DPRs, MIRs, RFI, site records, and progress photographs.
- Monitor schedule using MS Project or Primavera.
- Submit management reports highlighting project risks and mitigation plans.

Required qualifications

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in civil construction, industrial, infrastructure, commercial, residential, or EPC projects.

As per industry standards and project experience.

Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
