Role & responsibilities

- Site Supervision &
- Execution: Oversee daily construction activities in office, ensuring structural elements are executed according to approved engineering drawings, design specifications, and project schedules.

- Quality Control &

- Assurance: Inspect ongoing civil works, manage material testing (concrete, rebar, soil), and ensure all work adheres to quality standards and local building codes.

- Progress Monitoring &

- Reporting: Track daily progress against the project schedule, prepare site reports, and report delays or technical bottlenecks to the Project Manager.

- Subcontractor &

- Workforce Management: Direct and supervise site foremen, sub-contractors, and labor teams to maintain productivity, workflow efficiency, and discipline on-site.

- Safety &

- Compliance (HSE): Enforce strict health, safety, and environmental regulations across the site to minimize workplace hazards and ensure zero-accident execution.

- Material &

- Inventory Management: Estimate required material quantities,



coordinate timely site deliveries, track usage to reduce wastage, and approve vendor material quality.

- Blueprint &

- Technical Review: Interpret blueprints, structural drawings, and BIM models; resolve discrepancies between design plans and field conditions in coordination with architects and structural engineers.

- Measurements &

- Billing Verification: Record site measurements, verify contractor bills (RA bills) against actual executed work, and assist in quantity surveying and cost control.

- Surveying &

- Setting Out: Conduct or verify site setting out, level checks, and layout alignments using surveying instruments (Total Station, Auto Level) before commencing execution.

- Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with client representatives, consultants, local municipal inspectors, and utility agencies for smoothly resolving technical queries and securing necessary site clearances.
