Foresight Law Offices, India invites applications for the position of ????????? to join its Civil and Commercial Litigation practice at its Delhi office.

We are looking for professionals with 2–4 ????? ?? ????-????????????? ?????????? who have substantial exposure to complex commercial disputes, civil and arbitration proceedings, and who are keen to work on high-value, challenging mandates in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

??????????? ??? ????????????:

- Robust understanding of commercial laws and dispute resolution mechanisms;
- Experience in handling arbitration proceedings and commercial litigation before various judicial forums;
- Excellent drafting, advocacy support, and analytical skills;
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities;




- Ability to independently manage matters while working effectively within a collaborative team environment.
- Ability to manage original side work before High Court, writs, service matters, NCLT and NCLAT. The role involves handling complex matters before District Courts as well.

This role offers the opportunity to work on complex domestic and cross-border disputes, commercial litigation, and arbitration matters as part of a well-established and growing disputes practice.
