Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Civil Engineer role based in Bengaluru.

The Civil

Engineer will be responsible for designing and reviewing civil engineering solutions for HRFY.ai’s physical infrastructure needs, including office spaces, potential training centers, and associated facilities. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and evaluating civil engineering designs, performing site assessments, coordinating stormwater and drainage management plans, and supporting planning activities related to construction, refurbishment, and compliance.



The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, external vendors, and regulatory bodies to ensure projects meet safety, quality, sustainability, and budget requirements.

The Civil

Engineer will also contribute technical insights to internal tools or content where civil engineering expertise enhances the learning and career readiness experience for users.

Qualifications

- Civil engineering core expertise, including Civil Engineering Design and general Civil Engineering principles.
- Experience working as part of multidisciplinary teams of Civil Engineers on planning and execution of infrastructure projects.
- Hands-on knowledge of Planning for civil works, including project scheduling, resource allocation, and compliance with local codes.
- Practical experience in Stormwater Management, drainage design, and site grading for urban environments.
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline.
- Proficiency with relevant design and drafting tools (e.g., AutoCAD, civil design software) and familiarity with local building regulations.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and safety standards.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, coordinate with vendors and authorities, and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
