– Civil Engineer

Job Location: Dehradun, Uttarakhand

Employment Type: Full Time

Site Visits: 2–3 times per month

Job Responsibilities

- Read and interpret civil/structural drawings, specifications and BOQs.
- Prepare BBS (Bar Bending Schedule) as per approved drawings.
- Prepare cost estimates, project costing and quantity calculations.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor the progress and quality of civil works.
- Ensure site work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, BOQ and quality standards.
- Coordinate with site teams, contractors, vendors and clients for smooth execution of work.
- Identify and resolve site-related technical issues in coordination with the project team.
- Prepare and maintain site checklists, measurements, reports and project documentation.
- Prepare, compile and submit running bills/final bills with required supporting documents.
- Coordinate with clients for bill verification, approval and certification.
- Follow up with clients for pending payments and timely payment release.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management.
- Review quantities,



measurements and work completion for billing purposes.
- Ensure proper documentation and records are maintained for all project activities.

Qualification & Skills
- Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Relevant experience in civil construction, site execution, estimation and billing preferred.
- Good knowledge of BBS, BOQ, quantity estimation and costing.
- Ability to read and understand civil/structural drawings.
- Good knowledge of billing and project documentation.
- Strong client coordination and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and other relevant software.
- Willingness to travel for site visits as required.

Candidate Profile The candidate should have good technical knowledge of civil works and be capable of independently handling drawings, BBS, costing, site supervision, billing, documentation and client coordination. Pay: ₹10,867.07 - ₹45,800.94 per month
