Role: Civil 3D Modeller (Expertise in roads, wet utilities, dry utilities, and underground infrastructure) Key Responsibilities Develop detailed 3D infrastructure models in Autodesk Civil 3D for road networks/corridors, potable water, sewer, stormwater/drainage, treated effluent, electrical (LV/HV), telecom/ICT ducts, street lighting, CCTV, and other underground utilities.

Create road models including alignments, profiles, assemblies, corridors, surfaces, grading, intersections, and related elements; manage utility networks, profiles, sections, crossings, and interfaces.

Produce design drawings and construction documentation (plans, profiles, sections, details, schedules) directly from Civil 3D models, suitable for design development, tender, IFC, and construction stages.

Coordinate multidisciplinary models in Autodesk Navisworks; perform clash detection (hard/soft), review road–utility interfaces,



and support resolution of coordination issues.

Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, survey/topographic data, and project inputs to produce accurate 3D models.

Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.

4 + Years of experience

Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D and Navisworks.

Solid experience in road/infrastructure modelling workflows and wet/dry utility modelling.

Ability to work with survey data and existing-condition models; knowledge of BIM coordination and multidisciplinary workflows.
