Chief Technology Officer

ReDial Clinic

Location: Green Park Extension, New Delhi | Work mode: On-site (preferred) | Type: Full-time, Leadership | Reports to: Founder’s Office and Founder (Dr. Gagandeep Singh)

About us

ReDial Clinic is a doctor-led metabolic reversal clinic in New Delhi, founded by Dr. Gagandeep Singh.

We are a startup, and we are not a technology company. We are a clinical and consumer health business. But our technology is our backbone. We run on a dense, deliberately best-in-class ecosystem of SaaS, automation and AI that touches every function, and this stack is what lets us scale faster and produce high-quality output across every department: clinical operations, marketing, sales, HR, content, finance, all of it.

We buy the best tools available, and we expect them to behave as one connected system, not thirty disconnected islands.

We have grown this ecosystem ourselves, and we intend to keep it that way.

This role builds, owns and evolves that system.

The role, in one line

Plan, build, maintain and continuously develop the entire technology, data and automation backbone of the business. The tools, the connections between them, the data that flows through them, and the AI layered on top. Then make all of it serve real business and operational outcomes: departments that talk to each other, tools that are genuinely easy to use, work that is automated wherever it can be, and a stack that lifts the productivity of every team and lets us scale.

Why this role exists (please read this before applying)

We do not build a software product for customers. So this is not a classic product-engineering CTO role, and if that is what you want you will be underused here.

What we need is rarer, and harder to find. Someone who can sit in a sales, ops or clinical review, hear a messy real-world problem, and know within minutes which tool, which integration, which automation or which AI agent solves it, and what it will cost to run. Someone who sees the business and the stack at the same time.

Our stack today is powerful, but it has grown fast. There are overlaps, manual workarounds, data living in the wrong place, and integrations held together by goodwill. We need an operator-architect who can bring order to it, decide what stays and what goes, and keep us on the front edge of what modern SaaS and AI make possible, without chasing every shiny object.

What you will own

1. Systems architecture and integration

- Plan, maintain and develop the stack as one connected whole. Design for interconnectivity across departments, ease of use, and automation-first. These are firm preferences, not nice-to-haves: every choice should make a team faster and help us scale, never add clicks.
- Own the end-to-end architecture of how our tools connect. Design single-source-of-truth data flows, so one update cascades everywhere it should with no double entry.
- Build and maintain integrations across the stack using modern workflow-automation tooling, native APIs and webhooks. Decide when to use no-code, when to write custom middleware, and when to retire a tool entirely.
- Turn business and ops requirements into clean technical design,

and document it so the team can actually use it.

2. AI and automation

- Design and deploy AI across the business: conversational agents, WhatsApp and lead-handling bots, internal copilots, transcription and meeting intelligence, content and analytics automation.
- Work fluently with LLM APIs, agent frameworks, RAG, prompt design, and emerging standards such as the Model Context Protocol (MCP) for connecting AI to our tools. We already run MCP connectors across the stack; you should be able to extend and govern that.
- Automate repetitive work out of existence, so the team spends its time on patients and growth, not data entry.

3. Revenue and marketing operations technology

- Own the CRM and sales-ops backbone and the multi-lane lead architecture that feeds it.
- Own the conversational and WhatsApp layer (the messaging platform and the bot-and-CRM tooling) and the escalation logic that routes hot leads to the right human in seconds.
- Own marketing and attribution tech (paid media platforms, tag management, web analytics, SEO and attribution tools) so we always know what a lead and a patient actually cost.

4. Data, analytics and dashboards

- Build the reporting layer leadership relies on: live dashboards, funnel and cohort views, unit economics, pod-level P&L; and marketing attribution.
- Decide where data lives, how it is modelled, and how it stays clean. Use no-code app and dashboard builders where they are the fastest path to value.

5. Clinical and delivery technology

- Own the technology that runs care delivery and the patient record (the EMR and the fitness-delivery system) and make sure it integrates cleanly with sales and communication systems, while respecting the sensitivity of health data.

6. Security, privacy and governance

- Take ownership of data security, access control, vendor risk and compliance, with particular care for patient health data under India’s DPDP framework and equivalent good practice.
- Set the rules for who can access what, how credentials are managed, and how we stay safe as we automate.

7. Enablement

- Make the whole company faster with technology. Train the team, write the playbooks, and be the person people trust to make the tools work.

The stack you will inherit

You do not need day-one mastery of every area below. You do need genuine fluency in most of them, and the ability to get to depth in any single tool inside a week. If a whole area here is a mystery to you, this is probably not your role.

Our stack has been built deliberately, around the functional heads that run the business. We will not list the specific platforms in a public document, but expect a best-in-class tool behind each of the following:

- CRM and revenue operations

- WhatsApp and conversational messaging
- Automation and integration (APIs, webhooks, workflow tooling)
- AI and agents (LLMs, agent frameworks, RAG, prompt engineering, MCP)
- Data, analytics and attribution
- Marketing and creative technology
- Collaboration and project management
- Meetings and knowledge capture
- No-code apps and internal tools
- Clinical and delivery systems, including EMR
- HR, finance and operations
- Data acquisition

Tell us which of these areas you have personally owned. We will go deeper on the specific platforms in conversation.

Who you are (must-haves)

- 5 years in technology, with real ownership of a multi-tool SaaS and automation workplace. At least a few of those years hands-on with integration, automation or RevOps tooling, not only management.
- You think in systems. You look at a business process and see the data model and the failure points behind it.
- You are genuinely hands-on. You can build an automation or integration flow, read API docs, read or write scripts, and ship an automation yourself. You lead by doing, not only by delegating.
- You build in-house. This ecosystem has been built without external vendors or agencies, and you should be able to design, build and run it yourself. Outside help is brought in only if it is genuinely required.
- You are fluent in modern AI: not just using a chatbot, but designing agents, wiring LLMs into workflows, and judging where AI helps and where it does not.
- You translate between business and technology effortlessly. You can sit with a sales lead or a doctor, and with a developer, and speak both languages.
- You have strong build-vs-buy and cost judgement. You treat the SaaS budget as your own money.
- You optimise for productivity and scale. You judge every tool, integration and automation by whether it makes a team faster and helps the company grow, not by how clever it is.
- You communicate clearly in English, in writing and in person, and you document what you build.

Experience and qualifications

- 5 years of relevant experience, as described above. A degree is welcome, but a track record beats a certificate.
- A demonstrable portfolio: automations, integrations, dashboards, AI deployments, or a stack you owned end to end. Bring evidence.

Logistics and compensation

- Location: Green Park Extension, New Delhi.
- Work mode: On-site preferred. This role needs to be close to the business, especially in the first year.
- Type: Full-time, leadership.
- Compensation: Competitive and benchmarked to an A hire. We pay for the right person. [Insert range / variable / ESOP note before publishing.]
- Reports to: Founder’s Office and the Founder, Dr. Gagandeep Singh.
