Position: Chief Operating Officer (#COO)

Location: Hyderabad

✅ About the Role

India's Leading Aluminum Engineering Company is seeking an accomplished and results-driven #ChiefOperatingOfficer (COO) to lead and oversee the operations of all Group companies. The COO will be responsible for driving operational excellence, improving productivity, optimizing costs, ensuring on-time delivery, and executing the Company's strategic business plan. The role requires a robust leader with extensive experience in manufacturing and engineering industries who can transform operations into a world-class, high-performance organization.

✅ Key Responsibilities

- Lead the overall operations of all Company's manufacturing units.
- Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with the Company's vision and business objectives.
- Drive productivity, operational efficiency, cost optimization, and profitability across all business units.
- Ensure effective planning, production, project execution, supply chain, and resource utilization.
- Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for all operational functions.
- Work closely with the CTO, Finance, Sales & Marketing, Design, Quality, HR, and Projects teams to achieve business goals.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, Lean Manufacturing, and operational excellence programs.




- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, statutory, and environmental standards.
- Lead capacity expansion, process improvements, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Review business performance regularly and implement corrective actions where required.
- Build, mentor, and develop high-performing leadership teams across all Group companies.
- Present operational performance, strategic initiatives, and improvement plans to the CMD and Board.
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, collaboration, and customer focus.

✅ Qualifications: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Industrial, Production, or any Engineering discipline (Mandatory).

MBA in Operations or General Management preferred.

✅ Experience:

25+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing and engineering industries.

Minimum 10 years in a senior operations leadership role overseeing multiple manufacturing units.

Proven experience in driving business growth, operational excellence, and organizational transformation.
