Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations of the architecture, interior, and construction divisions, ensuring smooth coordination, operational efficiency, and timely project execution.

- Drive project delivery excellence by monitoring project schedules, quality standards, budgets, resource allocation, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Lead cross-functional teams by coordinating with Design, Estimation, Procurement, Projects, Sales, Finance, and HR to achieve organizational objectives and improve collaboration.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity, streamline workflows, optimize resources, and enhance overall business performance.
- Monitor financial and operational performance by reviewing project profitability, operational costs, KPIs, and implementing corrective actions to achieve business targets.




- Ensure compliance and risk management by enforcing company policies, quality standards, safety regulations, contractual obligations, and statutory requirements across all operations.
- Build and strengthen client and stakeholder relationships by supporting business development, resolving operational issues, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining solid relationships with consultants, vendors, and contractors.
- Report to the CEO/Managing Director by providing regular updates on operational performance, project status, resource utilization, business risks, and strategic improvement initiatives while supporting the company's long-term growth objectives.

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
