Role Description The Chief of Staff is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, serving as a strategic partner to the founder and leadership team. The role involves translating the founder’s vision into actionable plans, coordinating cross-functional initiatives across real estate, brand, content, and UHNI engagement, and ensuring key projects are executed on time and to a high standard.

Day-to-day responsibilities include managing executive priorities and calendars, preparing briefings and decision-support documents, overseeing internal workflows and operating rhythms,



and driving follow-through on strategic decisions and partnership opportunities. The Chief of Staff will synthesize market and business intelligence, support investor and UHNI relationship management, and help shape communication and narrative for internal and external stakeholders. This role requires close collaboration with teams across business development, marketing, content, and operations to keep the luxury ecosystem running cohesively and efficiently.

- Strategic planning, business analysis, and project management skills to translate vision into structured execution.
- Executive communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building capabilities, especially with senior leaders, UHNIs, and partners.
- Operational excellence skills, including process design, prioritization, and performance tracking in quick-paced, high-touch environments.
- Strong analytical and research skills to interpret data, market insights, and financial information for decision-making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft concise briefs, presentations, and executive updates.
- Experience in luxury real estate, investment banking, consulting, family offices, or related high-value transaction environments is highly beneficial.
- High level of discretion, integrity, and confidentiality when handling sensitive information and relationships.
- Comfort working closely with founders, in ambiguous situations, and in a builder mindset with a bias toward action.
