We're Hiring: Chief of Staff – Strategic CEO Office

Want a front-row seat to how a company is actually run? We're looking for a sharp, analytical, and highly organized Chief of Staff to work directly with our CEO on strategy, performance, and execution across the business.

This isn't a support role — it's a strategic partnership. You'll operate at the intersection of Strategy, Business Analytics, Executive Reporting, and Project Execution, with direct exposure to leadership decisions and company-wide priorities.

What You'll Do.

- Partner with the CEO on strategic priorities, business reviews, and key decisions
- Analyze business, financial, sales, customer, and operational performance
- Prepare executive dashboards, MIS reports, presentations, and CEO/Board materials
- Track strategic initiatives, flag bottlenecks, and drive cross-functional execution
- Conduct market, competitor, customer, and commercial analysis
- Support budgeting, forecasting, business planning, and performance reviews
- Lead or support high-priority projects and special initiatives




- Translate data into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership.

What We're Looking For:

- 3–5 years in Strategy, Consulting, Business Analytics, Business Intelligence, CEO/Founder's Office, or a similar role
- Experience in CPaaS, Telecom, SaaS, FinTech, or Technology preferred
- MBA or post graduate degree from a reputed institution preferred
- Strong skills in Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau, PowerPoint, and data visualization
- Solid business and financial acumen with sharp analytical and problem-solving ability
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and execution skills
- Comfortable working independently, managing ambiguity, and handling confidential information
- Prior experience working with CXOs, Founders, or senior leadership is a plus
