Reporting To: Founders / Leadership Team

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, analytical, and execution-oriented Chief of Staff to work closely with the founders and leadership team at the Organization, an industrial spatial computing and digital twin platform.

This role is focused on strategic execution, establishing operating cadence, cross-functional accountability, fundraising and board readiness, and closure of top management priorities. The Chief of Staff will act as an extension of the foundersturning ambiguous priorities into clear objectives, owners, milestones, and measurable outcomes.

This is not primarily an administrative or calendar-management role. While the person will support founders with essential meeting preparation and follow-through, their central responsibility is to keep the organization aligned, accountable, and moving on its highest-priority initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Strategic Execution and Founder Support
- Partner with founders to identify, structure, and drive the companys highest-priority strategic initiatives.
- Shadow key internal and external discussions, capture decisions, define next steps, and ensure closure of agreed actions.
- Convert ambiguous problems and founder priorities into clear project plans, owners, timelines, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
- Identify execution gaps, dependencies, risks, and bottlenecks early; drive practical resolution with relevant stakeholders.
- Prepare concise briefing notes, decision memos, updates, and follow-up communication for founders and leadership.
- Provide selective calendar, agenda, and meeting support where it enables better strategic decision-making and execution.
- Operating Cadence and Cross-Functional Accountability
- Establish and manage a disciplined operating cadence across leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Run structured leadership reviews, priority-tracking meetings, project check-ins, and decision-making forums.
- Create and maintain dashboards, trackers, status reports,



and escalation mechanisms for key company priorities.
- Ensure every strategic initiative has clear ownership, milestones, dependencies, success measures, and regular follow-through.
- Work across product, sales, marketing, finance, operations, customer success, and delivery teams to maintain alignment.
- Improve operating processes, documentation, communication flow, and accountability across the organization.
- Fundraising, Investor, and Board Readiness
- Lead the coordination and preparation of fundraising materials, including pitch decks, investor presentations, business plans, financial summaries, market analysis, and data rooms.
- Gather, validate, and synthesize information from product, sales, finance, and market teams for investor discussions and due diligence.
- Track investor conversations, requests, action items, deadlines, and follow-ups.
- Support founders in preparing for investor meetings, strategic discussions, and diligence processes.
- Coordinate board-meeting preparation, including agendas, board packs, performance updates, strategic narratives, and action tracking.
- Maintain high standards of confidentiality, accuracy, and professional judgment while handling sensitive business and financial information.
- Analysis, AI Fluency, and Business Insights
- Apply strong analytical thinking to synthesize business data, identify trends, surface risks, and support leadership decisions.
- Use AI tools fluently and responsibly to improve research, analysis, documentation, reporting, communication, and operating efficiency.




- Help leadership translate company objectives into measurable business outcomes and performance indicators.
- Develop clear, evidence-based recommendations for strategic and operational decisions.

Required Experience and Skills

- 4-8 years of experience in project management, program management, business operations, consulting, founders office, or a similar strategic-execution role.
- Experience working directly with founders, senior leaders, or executive stakeholders is strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to drive complex cross-functional initiatives from ambiguity through to measurable completion.
- Experience supporting fundraising, investor materials, board preparation, pitch decks, due diligence, or strategic planning is preferred.
- Strong analytical ability, structured problem-solving skills, and commercial judgment.
- Solid AI fluency and confidence using AI-enabled tools to improve productivity, analysis, and business communication.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive presentations, documentation, and concise status reporting.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, follow-up discipline, ownership, discretion, and attention to detail.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment with evolving priorities.
- Proficiency with presentation tools, spreadsheets, project-management platforms, and productivity tools.

- Top management priorities are clearly defined, assigned, tracked, and closed on time.
- Cross-functional initiatives have clear owners, milestones, measurable outcomes, and predictable progress.
- Leadership operating cadence produces timely decisions, accountability, and effective follow-through.
- Fundraising, investor, and board materials are accurate, timely, insightful, and well-coordinated.
- Risks, dependencies, and execution bottlenecks are identified and resolved early.
- Improved organizational clarity, execution speed, communication, and accountability across the company.
