- Compensation: ₹60,000 to ₹80,000 per month, based on experience and fit.

The right hand to our Chief Growth Officer, working across two international fashion brands. For someone AI-driven, relentlessly organised, and ready to run the operation end to end.

1 ROLE, 2 COMPANIES

This position is based at Utsav Fashion and works across both Utsav Fashion and SeamsFriendly. You'll report directly to Anurag, Chief Growth Officer at Utsav Fashion and Founder and CEO of SeamsFriendly. His mandate spans both companies, and so does yours: one seat, two very different businesses, and full exposure to each.

ABOUT THE 2 BRANDS

Utsav Fashion, founded in 2000, is a leading Indian ethnic-wear brand with 75,000+ styles of sarees, lehengas and occasion wear, shipping to the global Indian community worldwide. SeamsFriendly makes infinitely customizable, made-to-order Western wear for women, tailor-made for every body type and shipping to 180+ countries. A large, established ethnic-wear house and a fast-moving made-to-order DTC label. A wider canvas, and a faster education, than any single-brand role at this level.

This is a generalist leadership seat, not an assistant role. You'll carry real authority, and you'll be expected to use it.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Drive interdepartmental growth at an exponential pace across both companies: align teams on priorities, communicate with total clarity, follow up relentlessly, and carry Anurag's authority to unblock and decide.
- Turn vague goals into finished projects: scope, chase, and drive them to done across ops, CX, marketing and dev.
- Run Anurag's operating system (calendar, inbox, follow-ups) so nothing slips.
- Build leverage with AI: design the workflows,



automations and agent-driven systems that save both teams hours every week and change how we operate.
- Prep decisions: pull the data, write the one-paragraph brief, surface the trade-offs.

WHO YOU ARE

- 2+ years of real work experience: a startup, consulting, operations, founder's office, or a serious business role. Exceptional recent graduates with proof of work will be considered.
- AI-native, or seriously AI-curious and closing the gap fast. This is weighted heavily. Best case, you already build with AI: automations, agents, custom workflows, AI-assisted analysis. At minimum, you reach for AI first, experiment constantly, and can show us something real you've done with it.
- Absurdly organised and reliable. If you say it's handled, it's handled.
- High agency: you propose the next step instead of waiting for it.
- A clear, fast writer who turns a messy thread into a clean decision.
- Comfortable with ambiguity, speed, and direct feedback. You can hold your ground with people senior to you.

STRONGLY PREFERRED

- You've built something real with AI or no-code tools: Make, Zapier, n8n, custom GPTs, agents, scripts. You can show it and explain what changed because of it.
- Experience coordinating across teams or managing external vendors and agencies.

WHAT YOU'LL GET
