About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and strategically driven Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial management and strategic finance function of our growing EV Charging Infrastructure and Solar Project Development business.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in financial planning, project finance, investment management, cash-flow management, budgeting, MIS, taxation, compliance, and financial strategy, preferably with experience in infrastructure, renewable energy, EV, construction, or project-based businesses.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the company's overall financial planning, strategy, and management.
- Develop and monitor annual budgets, financial forecasts, cash-flow projections, and business plans.
- Manage the company's working capital, cash flow, banking relationships, and liquidity position.
- Develop financial models and feasibility studies for EV charging infrastructure and solar projects.
- Evaluate project investments, capital requirements, ROI, IRR, payback periods, and financial viability.
- Support management in investment decisions, fundraising, debt financing, and capital structuring.
- Prepare and present comprehensive MIS reports, financial dashboards, and management reports.
- Monitor project-wise profitability, cost control, revenue, expenditure, and financial performance.




- Establish strong financial controls, accounting policies, internal controls, and risk-management systems.
- Ensure timely completion of statutory audits, internal audits, tax filings, and regulatory compliance.
- Oversee accounting operations, taxation, GST, TDS, payroll-related financial matters, and statutory requirements.
- Manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, investors, auditors, consultants, and other financial stakeholders.
- Identify financial risks and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Provide strategic financial insights to the Managing Director / Board of Directors to support business growth.
- Work closely with project, sales, procurement, and operations teams to improve financial efficiency and project profitability.
- Develop financial strategies to support the company's expansion across EV charging infrastructure and renewable energy projects.

Candidate Profile
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in finance and accounts, with significant experience in a senior financial management role.
- CA / CMA / MBA Finance or equivalent skilled qualification preferred.
- Strong experience in financial planning, budgeting, MIS,



project finance, investment analysis, and cash-flow management.
- Experience in EV, solar, renewable energy, infrastructure, construction, EPC, or project-development companies will be highly preferred.
- Robust understanding of GST, taxation, statutory compliance, auditing, and financial regulations.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, financial modelling, accounting software/ERP, and MIS reporting.
- Strong analytical, decision-making, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple financial functions and work closely with senior management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period are preferred.
