We are looking for an accomplished CFO who can lead the organisation’s financial transformation and play a pivotal role in its growth and IPO journey.

Key Responsibilities

? IPO Readiness & Capital Markets

Lead end-to-end IPO preparation, due diligence and financial structuring.

Partner with investment bankers, legal advisors, auditors and regulators.

Drive IPO valuation, pricing and capital structure strategy.

Establish strong Investor Relations practices.

Ensure SEBI, ROC and listing-related compliance.

? Financial Strategy & Governance

Develop long-term financial strategies aligned with business growth.

Lead budgeting, forecasting, profitability and cost optimisation.

Strengthen internal financial controls, risk management and ERP systems.

Ensure investor-grade reporting aligned with Ind AS / IFRS.

Oversee taxation, treasury, working capital and statutory compliance.

? Business & Operational Finance

Partner with manufacturing and supply-chain leadership to improve profitability and cost efficiency.





Strengthen plant-level financial performance management.

Govern CAPEX utilisation and investment returns.

Drive automation and digitisation of financial reporting.

? Leadership & Stakeholder Management

Build and mentor a high-performing finance organisation.

Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO, Board and Audit Committee.

Represent the organisation with investors, analysts, regulators and bankers.

We are looking for a finance leader with robust experience in manufacturing, corporate finance, governance, capital markets and IPO readiness, who can successfully transition a growing organisation toward listed-company standards of governance and financial discipline.
