About the Role
Cancer Healer Center is looking for an experienced and execution-focused Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the organization through its next phase of growth, operational excellence, and institutional scale.
The CEO will have overall responsibility for the business performance, operations, patient experience, people, expansion, and profitability of the CHC network. The role requires a strong healthcare business leader who can manage a multi-location organization, build accountable leadership teams, standardize operations, and translate strategy into measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Business & P&L; Leadership
Own the overall P&L;, revenue growth, profitability, and business performance of CHC.
Define annual and quarterly business plans with clear center-wise targets.
Drive improvement in OPD, patient acquisition, conversion, retention, and revenue.
Review center-wise performance and initiate corrective action for underperforming locations.
Build a robust MIS and management review framework for leadership.
Multi-Center Operations
Lead operational performance across the entire CHC network.
Establish standardized SOPs, processes, dashboards, and accountability systems across centers.
Manage Regional Managers and senior operational leadership.
Improve resource utilization, productivity, service quality, and operational efficiency.
Ensure new centers achieve operational stability and commercial viability within defined timelines.
Growth & Expansion
Lead CHC's expansion strategy across existing and new markets.
Evaluate potential locations based on patient demand, market potential, competition, investment, and expected ROI.
Develop scalable operating models capable of supporting significant network expansion.
Build strategic partnerships that strengthen CHC's market presence.
Patient Experience
Establish measurable standards for the complete patient journey, from inquiry and appointment to consultation, treatment, follow-up,
and retention.
Drive improvements in appointment-to-visit and visit-to-treatment conversion.
Implement mechanisms for patient feedback, grievance resolution, and service recovery.
Ensure a consistently high-quality patient experience across all centers.
Marketing, Sales & Call Centre Alignment
Work closely with Marketing, Digital and Call Centre leadership to ensure patient acquisition translates into actual appointments and center visits.
Monitor lead-to-appointment, appointment-to-visit, and visit-to-treatment conversion funnels.
Ensure clear accountability between marketing, call centre, and center operations.
Use data to identify leakage points and improve overall acquisition ROI.
People & Leadership
Build and manage a high-performance senior leadership team.
Establish KRAs, KPIs, performance reviews, and accountability frameworks across functions.
Work closely with HR on manpower planning, recruitment, leadership development, retention, and succession planning.
Create a performance-driven culture with strong ownership at regional and center levels.
Reduce dependency on individual leaders by institutionalizing systems and processes.
Governance & Compliance
Ensure strong governance and compliance across all business and operational functions.
Work closely with medical leadership to ensure business growth remains aligned with clinical standards and patient interests.
Establish transparent reporting and escalation mechanisms.
Strengthen financial controls, procurement discipline, and operational governance in coordination with respective functional heads.

OPD and new-patient growth

Candidate Profile
15+ years of professional experience, with significant leadership experience in healthcare.
Minimum 5–7 years in a senior P&L; / Business Head / COO / CEO-level role.
Strong preference for candidates from hospital chains, oncology networks, diagnostics, specialty healthcare, clinics, or other multi-location healthcare businesses.
Demonstrated experience managing large teams and geographically distributed operations.
Strong understanding of healthcare operations, patient acquisition, sales funnels, P&L; management, and service delivery.
Proven ability to scale businesses while simultaneously strengthening systems and governance.
Strong analytical, commercial, leadership, and decision-making capabilities.
MBA/MHA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a leader who is strategic enough to define the direction and operational enough to ensure execution.
The successful candidate should be comfortable reviewing a P&L; in the morning, analyzing center-level conversion performance during the day, resolving leadership bottlenecks, and building the systems required to scale a healthcare organization sustainably.
This is not a ceremonial leadership position. It is a high-ownership, performance-driven CEO mandate with direct accountability for the overall growth and operational performance of Cancer Healer Center.
