Key Roles & Responsibilities

Lead and manage the overall branch operations, ensuring the achievement of business goals, profitability, operational efficiency, and sustainable growth.

- Drive business development and revenue growth by identifying current opportunities, strengthening client relationships, securing projects, and achieving branch sales targets.
- Oversee project execution by ensuring all architecture, interior, and construction projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.
- Manage branch finances by monitoring budgets, controlling costs, approving expenditures, reviewing financial performance, and maximizing profitability.
- Lead and develop branch teams by mentoring department heads, setting performance expectations, promoting accountability, and building a high-performing work culture.




- Ensure operational excellence and compliance by implementing company policies, monitoring legal and statutory compliance, enforcing safety standards, and improving business processes.
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, government authorities, and other key business partners to enhance the company's reputation.
- Report branch performance to the Managing Director/Head Office, providing regular updates on business growth, project progress, financial performance, operational challenges, risks, and strategic initiatives while implementing company vision and objectives.

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
