POSITION SUMMARY The Chief Executive Officer will hold overall accountability for the strategic direction, operational performance, and governance of Nibe Limited. The incumbent will lead the organization through its next phase of growth across its defence, aerospace and space business verticals, while upholding the standards of accountability, transparency, and stakeholder stewardship expected of a listed enterprise.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

- Formulate and execute the company's long-term strategic vision across all business verticals, in alignment with the Board's growth and diversification objectives.
- Assume full profit-and-loss responsibility, driving sustainable revenue growth, margin improvement, and capital efficiency.
- Cultivate and manage strategic relationships with DRDO, the Indian Armed Forces, the Ministry of Defence, and other government and regulatory bodies.
- Direct capital allocation, expansion planning,



and fundraising initiatives in close coordination with the Board and Chief Financial Officer.
- Uphold rigorous standards of corporate governance, statutory compliance, and investor relations consistent with SEBI listing obligations.
- Build, mentor, and retain a high-calibre senior leadership team across engineering, operations, finance, and business development.
- Evaluate and pursue new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and acquisitions that support the company's diversification strategy.
- Ensure the highest standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance across all manufacturing facilities.
- Serve as the principal representative of the company before industry bodies, defence exhibitions, institutional investors, and the media.
- Report regularly and transparently to the Board of Directors on organizational performance, risk exposure, and strategic initiatives.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Experience

- A minimum of 20+ years of progressive leadership experience, with substantive exposure to defence manufacturing, aerospace, heavy engineering, or precision fabrication.
- Prior experience as Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer,



or senior business head within a listed manufacturing enterprise is strongly preferred.
- A demonstrated record of scaling multi-vertical operations and delivering sustained commercial performance.

Competencies

- Comprehensive understanding of India's defence procurement framework and the Atma Nirbhar Bharat policy workplace.
- Proven ownership of profit-and-loss responsibility and sound strategic decision-making under complexity.
- Distinguished stakeholder management capability, spanning government bodies, defence public-sector undertakings, institutional investors, and the Board.
- Substantive experience with capital raising, corporate governance, and the compliance obligations of a listed entity.
- Exceptional leadership presence, communication ability, and capacity to build high-performing cross-functional teams.

Education

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Aerospace, Electrical or Mechatronics preferred); a Master's degree in Business Administration or equivalent postgraduate qualification is preferred.
