Amaar Kashi is looking for a Senior CDP with strong Indian cuisine knowledge and excellent leadership skills.

We are looking for someone who can work closely with the Executive Chef, take ownership of kitchen operations and lead the team effectively. The right candidate will have the opportunity to grow into a Sous Chef role based on performance and capability.

What we’re looking for

- Strong practical knowledge of Indian cuisine is a must
- Excellent leadership and team-handling skills
- Ability to manage a section independently
- Positive understanding of kitchen operations, consistency, hygiene & portion control
- Ability to train and guide junior team members
- Responsible, disciplined and solution-oriented
- Ambition to grow and take on greater responsibility
