? Key Responsibilities:
? Act as the primary Check Point technical expert and extension of the customer's security team
? Troubleshoot Check Point infrastructure issues and coordinate TAC escalations
? Support patching, upgrades, configuration changes, and version validation
? Review architecture and recommend best-practice designs
? Support migration, expansion, and maintenance window activities
? Fine-tune security policies and optimize gateway/management performance
? Perform periodic health checks covering licensing, capacity, and performance
? Drive resolution of critical/high-severity incidents in coordination with TAC
? Conduct knowledge-transfer sessions and train customer administrators
? Deliver documentation, health check reports, and monthly service reviews
