Role Summary In this role, you will help Ather customers by resolving their queries via email. There are no phone calls involved in this process.

What You Will Do

- Read and respond to customer questions and issues through email.

- Provide quick, polite, and accurate support regarding Ather products and services.

- Maintain clear and clear written communication while keeping customer satisfaction high.

- Work Type: Non-Voice Support (Email only)

Who Can Apply?

- Education: Must be a Graduate (Degree required).

- Experience: Must have at least 6 months of experience in email or non-voice customer support.

- Languages Needed:

- Good written English (Mandatory)

- Any one regional language

Salary Package

- Monthly CTC (Total Package): ₹23,000 per month

- Monthly Take-Home (In-Hand): ₹22,500 per month

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
