About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 10+ years of experience to lead and oversee the organization's finance, accounting, taxation, compliance, audit, and financial reporting functions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in financial management, statutory compliance, internal controls, and strategic financial planning, along with the ability to work closely with senior management.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and oversee the overall Finance & Accounts function, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and timely completion of financial activities.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports.
- Ensure compliance with applicable GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act, and other statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Supervise accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, bank reconciliation, and financial closing.
- Manage and monitor cash flow, working capital, budgets, financial planning, and cost-control initiatives.
- Review and strengthen internal financial controls, accounting processes, and approval mechanisms.
- Coordinate and manage statutory audits, tax audits, internal audits, and other regulatory audits.
- Ensure timely preparation and submission of statutory returns, financial statements, tax filings, and other regulatory documentation.
- Monitor tax assessments, notices, reconciliations, and coordinate with external consultants or authorities whenever required.
- Analyse financial performance,



identify variances and provide actionable insights to management.
- Support senior management in financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, business decisions, and risk management.
- Review contracts, financial transactions, commercial proposals, and business arrangements from a financial and compliance perspective.
- Ensure proper maintenance, documentation, and confidentiality of financial records.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the accounts and finance team, ensuring effective allocation of responsibilities and performance management.
- Identify opportunities for process automation, cost optimization, and improvement of financial systems and controls.

Key Skills & Competencies

- Strong knowledge of financial accounting, taxation, audit, and statutory compliance.
- Expertise in GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow management skills.
- Excellent understanding of internal controls and risk management.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Proficiency in Tally/ERP/accounting software and MS Excel; experience with financial automation and ERP systems will be an advantage.

Educational Qualification

- Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory
- Membership with The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).
- Additional qualifications in Finance, Taxation, Management, or related areas will be an advantage.

Experience

- 10+ years of relevant post-qualification experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Candidates with experience in a corporate, IT/services, consulting, or multi-business environment will be preferred.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
