Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations including bookkeeping, ledger maintenance, and reconciliation
- Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Handle GST, TDS, income tax filings, and other statutory compliance requirements
- Monitor project-wise costing, budgeting, and cash flow for construction and transportation operations
- Manage accounts payable/receivable, vendor payments, and client billing
- Coordinate with banks for working capital, loans, and financial facilities
- Liaise with auditors (statutory, internal, tax) and ensure timely audit closures
- Prepare MIS reports and financial analysis for management decision-making
- Ensure compliance with company law, labour law payroll compliance, and other regulatory requirements
- Oversee fleet and material transportation cost tracking and fuel/logistics expense management
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for ongoing and upcoming projects
- Maintain proper documentation for contracts, invoices, and financial records

Requirements & Qualifications:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) — mandatory
- Minimum 2–5 years of post-qualification experience,



preferably in construction, infrastructure, logistics, or manufacturing industries
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and Companies Act provisions
- Hands-on experience with accounting software (Tally ERP/Prime, SAP, Zoho Books, or similar)
- Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial modeling)
- Experience in project costing and job-costing for construction or transport businesses is a robust plus
- Sound understanding of statutory audits, internal controls, and compliance frameworks
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and handle multiple priorities
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and confidentiality in handling financial data

Preferred:

- Prior experience working with construction contractors, EPC companies, or fleet/transportation businesses
- Knowledge of e-way bills, fleet expense tracking, and GST on transportation services

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
