Position: Chartered Accountant

Location: Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting

- Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Ind-AS/IFRS and Company policies.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial performance.
- Conduct variance analysis of sales, expenses, margins, and profitability.

Compliance & Audit
- Ensure statutory compliance with Income Tax, GST, Transfer Pricing, TDS, and other applicable regulations.
- Coordinate with statutory, internal, and tax auditors for timely closure of audits.
- Implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with corporate governance norms.

Systems & Process Improvement
- Ensure accurate accounting through ERP systems.
- Drive process improvements in accounting, reporting,



and compliance functions.
- Implement best practices for financial controls in sales subsidiary operations.

Qualifications & Experience

- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5 years of post-qualification experience.
- Experience in Sales / Distribution / FMCG / Healthcare / Manufacturing subsidiaries preferred.
- Robust knowledge of accounting standards, tax laws, and compliance frameworks.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel (advanced level).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
