Role & Responsibilities

- RERA Compliance & Advisory: Manage end-to-end MahaRERA compliances, including quarterly project updates, form generation (Form 1, 2, 3, etc.), and advisory services for real estate developers.
- Auditing & Assurance: Conduct statutory audits, tax audits, internal audits, and concurrent audits for various corporate and non-corporate clients.
- Taxation & Filing: Handle direct and indirect tax matters, including corporate tax planning, Income Tax return filings, GST computations, and filings.
- Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards, review books of accounts, and manage MIS reporting.

Preferred candidate profile Qualification: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) - Fresher or experienced candidates with relevant exposure are welcome.

- Core Expertise: Solid technical knowledge in Accounting, Auditing, Taxation, and a keen interest/understanding of RERA laws and real estate sector compliance.
- Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with a proactive, client-centric approach.
