Job Summary

Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Chartered Accountant who will play a key role in strengthening the Company's Finance, Compliance, Corporate Governance, and Regulatory functions while supporting the Company's capital market readiness initiatives.

The role requires strong knowledge of SEBI Regulations, regulatory compliance, financial and secretarial due diligence, corporate governance, and financial reporting. The incumbent will work closely with senior management and coordinate with Statutory Auditors, Internal Auditors, Company Secretaries, Legal Advisors, Merchant Bankers, Registrars, Tax Consultants, and Regulatory Authorities to ensure timely completion of financial, statutory, governance, compliance, and due diligence activities.

Responsibilities

- Manage Financial Reporting, Accounting, and Statutory Compliance.

- Coordinate Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, Internal Audit, and Secretarial Audit.

- Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, SEBI Regulations, FEMA, Income Tax, GST, and other applicable laws.

- Coordinate financial, legal, tax, secretarial, and business due diligence activities and maintain due diligence documentation.

- Support capital market readiness by coordinating with Merchant Bankers, Company Secretaries, Legal Advisors, Statutory Auditors, Registrars, and other consultants.

- Support implementation of Ind AS, Internal Financial Controls (IFC), and Risk Control Matrix (RCM).

- Assist in strengthening Corporate Governance, Board compliance,



and regulatory frameworks.

- Support capital structure reviews, shareholding compliance, ESOP compliance, and statutory documentation.

- Monitor compliance calendars, statutory filings, SEBI compliance requirements, and regulatory reporting.

- Drive process improvements, compliance automation, and finance governance initiatives.

- Prepare MIS, management reports, compliance dashboards, and management presentations.

Qualifications

- Experience: 5-10 years (post-qualification).

- Chartered Accountant (CA).

- Strong knowledge of SEBI Regulations, Companies Act, Corporate Governance, Financial Reporting, and Due Diligence.

- Experience in Statutory Audit, Taxation, Internal Financial Controls (IFC), Risk Management, and Regulatory Compliance.

- Exposure to capital market transactions, SEBI compliances, corporate restructuring, due diligence, or listing readiness will be a robust advantage.

- Working knowledge of Ind AS, FEMA, and regulatory reporting.

- Experience in manufacturing, EPC, infrastructure, engineering, or project-based organizations will be preferred.

- Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and project coordination skills.
