Role Description This is a full-time, in office role based at the Chinchwad office. The candidate will manage statutory and tax audits, review financial statements, and ensure timely filing of ROC, GST, TDS, and income tax returns for corporate and individual clients.

Daily responsibilities include handling accounting and compliance queries,



preparing working papers and documentation, coordinating with clients for data collection, and maintaining accurate records for regulatory reporting. The role also involves assisting with transfer pricing audits, supporting virtual CFO engagements through MIS and financial reporting, and contributing to tax planning and advisory for resident and non-resident clients.

Qualifications

- CA Final/ CA Dropout with knowledge of accounting standards, company law, direct and indirect taxation, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience in statutory audit, tax audit, and preparation of financial statements for Private Limited Companies and LLPs.
- Proficiency in GST, TDS, and income tax compliance, including returns filing and handling notices or assessments.
- Ability to analyze financial data, prepare MIS reports, and support virtual CFO and board-level advisory assignments.
- Familiarity with ROC filings, incorporation procedures, and compliance for entities with foreign directors and shareholders.
- Comfort with accounting and tax software, spreadsheets, and digital documentation tools.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills to meet multiple statutory deadlines.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for interacting with clients and internal teams.
- Prior experience in a CA firm.
