Chartered Accountant – AIF Fund Analyst

We Founder Circle operates India-domiciled and global Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs). We're hiring a CA to support fund operations, investment analysis, financial reporting, investor reporting, and regulatory compliance across our fund vehicles — working across the complete AIF lifecycle from investment evaluation to portfolio monitoring and investor reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Fund Operations & Accounting: Support NAV computation, AUM reporting, financial statements, reconciliations, capital calls, distributions, and investor records; liaise with fund accountants, RTA, auditors, custodians, and bankers.
- Investment Analysis & Portfolio Monitoring: Analyse deals, review financials/cap tables/valuations, support due diligence, prepare IC materials, and monitor portfolio performance and concentration limits.
- AIF Compliance & Regulatory Reporting: Ensure alignment with SEBI AIF Regulations and PPM; monitor investment/leverage/related-party limits; support SEBI/IFSCA filings, FEMA/ODI compliance, and audits.
- Investor Reporting & MIS: Prepare capital account statements, AUM and performance reports, management MIS, and handle investor queries and fundraising support.




- Financial Modelling & Management Reporting: Build/review models, analyse IRR/MOIC/cash flows, and prepare dashboards for the Fund Manager and Investment Committee.

Candidate Profile

- Qualified Chartered Accountant with 2–6 years' experience in AIF, PE/VC, fund management, investment banking, transaction advisory, fund accounting, or asset management.
- Good understanding of SEBI AIF Regulations, 2012 and basic knowledge of FEMA/ODI; strong accounting, financial analysis, and Excel skills; experience in financial modelling.
- Valuable-to-have: NISM Series XIX-C certification (or willingness to complete within 3 months), exposure to GIFT City/IFSCA funds, and experience with fund administration platforms.
